Everday Use
•The carpet should not be beaten during cleaning, it should rather be cleaned using a powerful vacuum cleaner without beater bar, preferably every day.
•The furnitures (sofa, table, etc.) on the carpet can leave traces, to prevent it; the carpet or the objects should be re-located at certain intervals. The areas with traces should be swept with the brushless tips of the vacuum cleaner.
•Carpet shouldn’t be keeped as roll due to border finishing.
Stain Removal
If something is spilled on your rug you must act quickly!
•Apply a tampon with a paper towel to excess spillage before the liquid is spreaded.
•Any cleaning agents containing bleaching chemicals (such as bleach) should not be used. Please prefer warm/cold water.
•After the buffer application, the stained are should be wiped with a damp cloth with natural white soap.
•Wiping should be done with the help of a soft and white cloth in the direction of weaving, in a way that will not disperse the stain; Applications that will damage the circular weaving structure should be avoided.
•Make sure nobody walks on the treated rug surface until it is completely dry.
Deep Cleaning
•You should take support from professional carpet cleaning companies for deep cleaning.
Carpet cleaning company should be informed regarding care instructions (ex: High chemical detergents or hard brushes and tools may harm the fibers. They shouldn’t be used. The carpet should be completely purified from the cleaning materials. )
•After cleaning, you should dry the carpet on flat floor.
